I always hate being the newbie when trying out a new gym, but at Lagree House it’s so easy to fit right in. The bright and cheery atmosphere is so welcoming along with each of the instructors. Every move has modifications and the instructors are great at offering these modifications. The classes are 50 minutes, but almost every class seems to go by so much faster with the killer playlists and encouraging instructors!! I feel stronger after every class.

First visit to a new fitness studio is always scary to me. But after walking into Lagree House, I picked up good vibes instantly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I mentioned it was my first time and the instructor guided me through how to operate the megaformer. She also asked if I had any pre-existing injuries. Info used to modify moves if there’s risk of aggravating any of them. The class itself was tough but a ton of FUN! The music was great and the instructor moved at a pace that seemed to work well for everyone. I left with a serious sweat but found the cool down stretch amazing. I even noticed better mobility during my regular gym workouts!

I decided to try Lagree House from the encouragement of a friend. This is not my normal workout and decided to try something new. I was not disappointed!! Alexis gave an amazing workout that I felt for days. Not forgetting to mention her playlist was fire. Being new, I had some trouble knowing the moves but she was right there to demonstrate and made the process incredibly enjoyable. (If you enjoy getting your butt kicked). I decided to sign up for a number of classes so I can incorporate it into my normal routine. I highly recommend the gorgeous studio and of course, Alexis’ class.

Lagree House was my first time ever trying this type of workout experience or using the Megaformer. The owner is such a great coach my first class and very thorough in her introduction to the machine and provided several options if a modification was needed! The space is beautiful. So clean and elegant and provides such a relaxing atmosphere. I took my second class with Brianna, who is an instructor in training. Their training program was also very impressive and had I not known she was new, you wouldn't have any idea! I am so excited to continue working in this into my workout regimen and building upon what I've learned already.
