LAGREE METHOD
TOTAL BODY. HIGH INTENSITY. LOW IMPACT
The movements at Lagree House are S L O W and controlled. They’re performed under constant tension, maximizing the mind-body connection.
Our classes are intentionally small providing one-on-one attention from our instructors who push your limits. Lagree House will grow with you, providing modifications and challenges every step of the way.
THE MEGAFORMER
EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED.
Our trademarked Megaformer M3S+ Superfast springs enables you to perform a broad range of low-impact exercises. Lagree House has the only studios in Ohio (and just a few in the country) to offer the latest Superfast spring technology. The system of resistance is safe on the joints and used to place muscles under variable tension, working them to the point of failure. The new Superfast springs allow you to more easily change the resistance, while providing seamless, quick transitions. Each 50 minute class will keep you burning, sweating, and shaking.
YOU DON'T NEED MORE TIME.
YOU JUST NEED MORE INTENSITY.
YOU CAN DO THIS.
DON’T EXPECT IT TO GET EASIER. EXPECT TO GET STRONGER.
The Lagree Method uses slow, controlled, purposeful, FULL-BODY movements to create long, lean, and strong muscles. You’ll never get bored and you won’t plateau. We eliminate rest periods, keeping constant tension, ENGAGING NEARLY EVERY MUSCLE in your body—maybe some you didn’t even know you had! By recruiting the fat-burning, slow twitch muscle fibers, you’ll become stronger and leaner after every class.
The benefits of core strength, improved posture, and balance are hugely significant to your everyday life.
Yes, you will shake. Yes, you will sweat. Yes, you will question your abilities. But ultimately, you can do this.

what is lagree?
Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed on the Megaformer. It focuses on slow, controlled movements that build strength, endurance, and stability without heavy impact on your joints.
How do I book and which class should I take?
Follow this link to book a class. Your first class is $10. Please be mindful that we have three locations–Clintonville, Bridge Park and Grandview.
For your first class, sign up for either Total Body Lagree or FORMation. We ask that you take at least eight classes at Lagree House before signing up for META-Mega. We also do not recommend our House Before Dawn or House After Dark classes for your first visit as the lights will be turned down low. See detailed descriptions for each class here.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Grip socks are required–but don’t worry! If you forget or don’t have some at home, we have a huge selection in the studio for purchase. We do not have a bottle filler at our Clintonville location, but do have water bottles for purchase.
Need to change before or after class? We have a bathroom with deodorant, hair ties, hair spray, etc. We do not have showers.
WHen SHOULD I ARRIVE?
For liability and safety reasons, you must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first class. We’ll use this time to give you a quick run-down of the Megaformers and to ensure you have grip socks. If you are late, you will be removed from class and the credit will go back to your account.
For existing clients–once class begins, we will hold your spot for five minutes. If you have not arrived after those five minutes, we will offer your spot to any walk-in clients.

- Grandview: Free client parking is available in the shared lot behind the building. Parking is actively monitored and enforced. Do not park along the fence, alley, dumpsters, or in front of the building. After 6:00pm on weekdays and all day on weekends, clients may also park at The Goddard School (1175 Bobcat Ave). Additional free public street parking is available on Edgehill Rd (across from Panera Bread) and Dover Ave. Vehicles parked outside designated areas may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Give yourself extra time. Parking availability can vary by location and time of day.
will i feel lost or intimidated?
Not at all. Our instructors are hands-on, and our small class sizes mean you’ll get personalized support. Many clients feel nervous at first—it’s completely normal. If you’d like, we also offer private sessions to help you feel extra confident.
I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE--can I still join?
Absolutely. Lagree is for every fitness level. Instructors provide modifications and challenges so you can safely move at your own pace.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I take classes?
Most clients come 3–4 times per week. Some come more often, but recovery is important—Lagree is designed to push muscles to fatigue.
IS LAGREE LIKE PILATES?
They share some roots, but they’re not the same. Lagree is performed exclusively on the Megaformer, is higher intensity, and delivers results in a shorter time.
can i share or transfer my package?
No—packages are non-transferable and linked to one client account.
What is your cancellation/no show policy?
Cancel 8+ hours before class = no fee.
Late cancel (within 8 hours): $15 fee; credit returned.
No-show: $20 fee; credit returned.
To avoid fees, cancel early—no exceptions.
Once class begins, we will hold your spot for five minutes. If you have not arrived after those five minutes, we will offer your spot to any walk-in clients.
Be mindful that we have three locations–Clintonville, Bridge Park and Grandview. It is your responsibility to note the reservation location.
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we definitely recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or package. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation (depending on your notification settings).
All of our classes have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you’re added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute, please know the 8-hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist (through our app or website) at least 8 hours prior to the class. Sending an email, text or DM is not sufficient to remove you from class. Please remember this policy still applies if you are added to class as the 8 hour window closes overnight. If you’re not sure that you can make an early morning class, we recommend removing yourself from the waitlist before going to bed.
If you are added to the class and do not remove yourself in time, you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee and the class will be added back to your account. If you have an unlimited membership and cancel within the 8 hour cancellation period, you’ll be charged a $15 late cancellation fee. If you are added to the class and you do not late cancel and do not show up for your class, your account will be charged a $20 no show fee and the class will be added back to your account. If you have an unlimited membership and do not show up for your class, your account will be charged a $20 no show fee.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
Can I switch to another class on the same day?
Same-day switches without a penalty fee are not guaranteed since your original booking may have prevented another client from signing up. Email info@lagreehouse.com to inquire about same-day switches. Always be sure to cancel your original reservation as soon as possible.
DO YOU OFFER CHILD CARE?
Yes! Playhouse availability varies by location.
Cost: $7 per child. Book a separate Playhouse session for each child alongside your class. Same 8-hour cancellation/no-show policy applies.
Book Playhouse sessions here and email info@lagreehouse.com with any questions.
